Master System and AI Disclaimer

Specialized legal instrument designed to explicitly negate implied warranties regarding software perfection, continuous uptime, and the factual accuracy of automated processing.
1. "As-Is" and "As-Available" Software Provision
The hostel management application, including all associated web platforms, mobile applications, cloud databases, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), is provided to the Subscriber strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.
The Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This complete disclaimer includes, but is not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third-party rights. The Company makes no warranty that the software will meet the specific operational requirements of the Subscriber's unique hospitality business.
2. Service Interruptions, Cybersecurity, and Data Loss
The Company does not warrant, represent, or guarantee that the application will operate uninterrupted, securely, or free of latent errors, bugs, or malicious external intrusions. The Subscriber acknowledges that complex digital ecosystems and cloud networks are inherently subject to periodic outages due to routine maintenance, telecommunications failures, hardware degradation, or force majeure events.
The Company bears no responsibility or financial liability for any temporary inability to access the platform, nor for any permanent loss, corruption, unauthorized exposure, or destruction of property management data, guest records, or financial ledgers resulting from a cyberattack or system failure. The Subscriber assumes the absolute responsibility for maintaining independent, secure, offline backups of all critical operational and financial data.
3. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Decision-Making Liability Waiver
The platform incorporates advanced machine learning modules, algorithmic forecasting, and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize property operations, automate guest communications, and generate analytical occupancy forecasts. The Subscriber explicitly acknowledges that AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) operate on probabilistic token generation and are uniquely susceptible to "hallucinations"—the generation of inaccurate, nonsensical, biased, or legally invalid outputs.
- No Reliance on AI Outputs:Any financial predictions, pricing recommendations, legal templates, or automated chatbot responses generated by the AI components are provided for informational convenience and operational efficiency only. They do not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice and must not be treated as factual guarantees.
- Mandatory Human Verification Requirement:The Subscriber assumes the absolute, non-delegable obligation to manually review, fact-check, and verify the accuracy of all AI-generated outputs before relying upon them for business decisions or transmitting them to End-Users.
- Total AI Liability Waiver:Under no circumstances shall the Company, its developers, or its third-party AI sub-processors be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, lost revenue, reputational harm, or regulatory fines resulting from the Subscriber's reliance on flawed AI predictions, automated messaging errors, or automated booking mismanagement.
4. Third-Party Integrations and External Infrastructure
The application is designed to facilitate technical integrations with third-party payment gateways, electronic keycard hardware systems, accounting software, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). The Company does not endorse, control, audit, or assume liability for the functionality, cybersecurity posture, or data privacy practices of these external third-party services.
Any disruption in hostel service, financial loss, or data breach caused by third-party API deprecation, external server failure, or third-party negligence is expressly excluded from the Company's liability profile.
